Methodology
The G.E.Q. Classification System
Based on the McKelvey Diagram and Pareto-Lognormal distributions. Each title receives a composite score across three independent axes.
Geological Potential
Lithological favourability, mineral occurrences, structural controls, analogous deposits, and metallogenic environment.
Economic Viability
Infrastructure access, legal restrictions, regulatory status, commodity market context, and environmental constraints.
Qualification Level
Data quality, exploration stage, confidence in estimates, and availability of certified technical reports.
Example output: Process 853.421/1994 (Gold, Pará) — Archaean basement, Palaeoproterozoic greenstone belt, BIF, context analogous to Carajás. Clear geological potential. Blocked by RENCA since 2017. System classifies economic viability as non-viable for regulatory reasons, regardless of geology. G5.E4.Q2
From Title to Territory
Portfolio-Scale Scoring
The same system that generates analysis for a single mineral title also processes the entire ANM registry. The result is a heat map across Brazil's complete mineral title portfolio — revealing spatial patterns and validating scores against visible mining operations in satellite imagery.
